Planning Multiple Sites and Organizations

In implementation projects, we usually have the dilemma in choosing whether to create multiple organizations or go with a single one. 

It can also be decided by:

• If an enterprise has multiple legal entities, each of which maintains its own general ledger (GL) account, then create an organization for each legal entity.
• If facilities maintain its own maintenance operations (same work orders, assets, inventory, and preventive maintenance orders), then create a  single site for these facilities.
