In the Publish Channel,
Processing Rules sections for Outbound section we have SKIP action.
The skip records that are not equal to ACTIVE status, so non-active ITEMS are skipped by the outbound transaction.
Publish Channel : MXITEM_OUT1
Processing Rule : STATUS_SKIP
